It delivers flexible and sophisticated routing as well as advanced applications such as Mitel Workforce Scheduling and Flexible Reporting.
In the middle is the Mitel Contact Center Business Edition. The Business Edition delivers a subset of the most popular applications found in Enterprise Edition in a cost-effective package for single-site call centers with fewer than 25 agents.
